About Our Chapter
Founded in 1991, the Orange County chapter was formed
to serve the professional performance improvement and training community in Orange County, a sunlit cluster of cities ideally
located between Los Angeles and San Diego. We are a chartered chapter of the International Society for Performance Improvement.
For our members' convenience, meetings are in the evening and a full dinner is served. Registration and networking
begins at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner, a speaker, Q&A, and more networking.
OC-ISPI operates on a calendar year basis, commencing on January 1 of each year. Annual dues are listed on the membership
application. There is a discount for those who simultaneously join (or renew membership in) both the Orange County and Los
Angeles chapters.
Who Belongs to ISPI?
OC-ISPI members have a variety of titles and occupations. They include performance technologists, training directors,
human resources managers, instructional technologists, instructional designers, trainers, human factors practitioners, and
organizational consultants are members of ISPI. They work in a variety of settings, including business, academia, government,
health services, finance, manufacturing, and as independent consultants.
